Return Window: Customers have a return window of 5 business days from the date of delivery to request returns for unused items with intact and attached labels or packaging. (excluding Fashion, please review fashion policy below)
Return Policy (Fashion): Customers are allowed to inspect their fashion order while the courier awaits. Once the items are paid for, there will be no refund offered on fashion items. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for swimwear, underwear/lingerie, socks and tights, couriers will not accept any of the excluded items for return. In case your order includes more than one item from different categories, only the returnable items will be accepted.
In the event of return, customers only pay for shipping.
We kindly request the customer to take a moment to verify the content of the order in case of multiple items orders before the courier leaves.
Exclusions: Returns and exchanges are applicable to most products except for specific non-returnable or non-exchangeable items. These include sale/clearance items, underwear/lingerie, swimwear, socks and tights, earrings, beauty products, and custom-made orders.
Return Conditions: For applicable items, they must be in their original condition and packaging. This includes but is not limited to the inclusion of items like belts and any original vendor’s packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags with the return.
Damaged or Soiled Items: Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange. In such cases, the items will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will be refused.
Return Process (excluding Fashion)
Initiating a Return: Customers must contact our team on returns@shopnoskip.com within the stipulated return window to initiate the return process.
Refund Process: Upon successful verification of the returned item's eligibility, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through store credit if preferred by the customer.
Return Shipping:
Cost Responsibility: The cost of return shipping for eligible items is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, or item arrived damaged).
Tracking and Packaging
It is a must to take a photo of the package before sending it to our premises to avoid any loss or damage and to ensure a smooth return process.
Receipt Confirmation: Customers are encouraged to retain proof of return shipment until the refund is processed.
